We do not offer a demo of the Pest Management Program to use .
You can see a full demo on request and the Program working.

Once you have decided to purchase the software you are not entitled to a refund should you Decide you do not want to use the software, as in any software package.

If you receive a copy of the software that is defective, or faulty, we will
Reinstall or Give you a new copy.
 

COPYRIGHT
The U.S. Copyright Act automatically protects software when it is created. The owner of the copyright is given the exclusive right to reproduce and distribute the software. Software purchasers have no right to make additional copies except to load a copy onto a single computer and to make another copy for archival purposes only. It is illegal to use that software on more than one computer or to copy or distribute that software for any other purpose unless the copyright holder has given specific permission in the software license or other documentation.

When a person purchases Commercial software, they are acquiring from the copyright holder a license to use the software, not to own it. The conditions and restrictions of the license agreement vary from package to package and should be read carefully. The Copyright Act gives the purchaser the right to load a copy on a single computer and to make an archival or backup copy to be used only if the original copy fails or is destroyed.
Worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions protect all materials in PestiPro. None of these materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed in any form or by any other means without the written consent of  tcs or PestiPro. Any unauthorized use of the materials  may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

Thomas Solutions. makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any sort with respect to the  web sites, materials, their operation, information or contents. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any sort with respect to the sites or their use, including but not limited to merchantability and aptness for a particular purpose. You, the purchaser, agree that PestiPro / Thomas Solutions and , its directors, officers, employees and/or representatives, shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content, or use of the software or web sites or the products sold therein. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any sort, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

JURISDICTION
Any litigation regarding this agreement, or any transaction between a customer and TCS/ PestiPro, shall be brought to the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California and customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, PestiPro shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. PestiPro shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed
